100921 recordings AC37 and AC38
After 77 minutes of recording the SD702 automatically shifted from AC37 to AC38, but at slightly different times.
This seemed to happen at 0.0706 seconds earlier in Cecil.  I therefore took that amount of time from the end of A37 and spliced it into the start of A38.
This made is so that A38 and C38 started at the same time (in my best estimate).
extraA.wav is the extra from the tail end of A37 that was added to A38.
A38adjusted.wav was the result of this addition.

Also note that the phonation data is listed as the last minutes (>77) in the phonation sheet for AC37.
