- Peggy and Rena were trained by Roann on Friday, September 8, how to identify, flag, and map creosote-soaked logs. The logs are a non-point source of pollution known to leach toxic compounds (especially, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, or PAHs) into the marine environment.
